If that is how you work, we want to talk to you.
WHY WORK HERE
- Busy year-round. Our phone rings every day because people trust us, not because we outspend on marketing.
- A real path for growth. We have written criteria for every level of growth on our team. You know exactly what’s expected of you and what moves you to the next level of responsibility and pay.

Automotive Technician (Installer)
Apply HerePay: $18-30/hr posted range; higher considered for exceptional senior experience
If you like building trucks the right way, this is the core role in the shop. Our technicians work on trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs - lift kits, suspension, wheels and tires, alignments, bolt-ons, and electrical accessories.
You are not stuck doing the same oil changes all day. The work is custom, visible, and hands-on.
What the work looks like:
- Install lift kits, suspension components, wheels and tires, and aftermarket accessories.
- Complete alignments and service work tied to truck builds.
- Check parts before starting a job and flag missing or incorrect parts early.
- Keep the Service Advisor updated on job progress, delays, parts issues, and extra recommendations.
- Follow install instructions, torque specs, safety standards, and shop process.
- Help us build a cleaner, more repeatable shop by documenting what works as you go.
We hire at different levels. If you are newer to the industry, we will place you where you can learn without being set up to fail. If you are experienced, we expect you to work independently, communicate clearly, and help raise the standard around you.
Good fit if you:
- Care about doing clean work, not just fast work.
- Can follow instructions and ask before guessing.
- Want to build real trucks customers are excited to pick up.
- Take pride in fewer comebacks, cleaner installs, and a shop that runs better every month.
